DEAD LETTERS 2018

I was asked to participate in a group exhibition at the Historic Oakland Cemetery in Atlanta, GA called GOLDEN HOUR, curated by Oshun Layne and facilitated by DASHBOARD. For this occasion I re-created an old performance piece I use to do called "DEAD LETTERS" where participants could write a letter to people, places or things that were dead to them and I would deliver the message like a new age post office. For this version of the performance, the letters were burnt in a provisional neon convenience store/kiosk for ritual. . .
